Use this screen to set the shipping price you will charge your customers.
Our system allows you to add a fixed price for each shipping type as well as a free shipping offer threshold which we advise you to use (eg. Spend over £30 to get free shipping). This encourages customers to spend more money.
There are currently two shipping types available.
Small parcels – For the majority of products (mugs, tote bags, candles, most gifts)
Example price – £3.99
Letter post (optional) – For items that fit in an envelope (greeting cards, sticker packs, postcards)
Example price – £1.50
Note – These are the prices that you charge the customer, not the prices that the carrier will charge you.
We recommend using Royal Mail services to ship your orders.
